The Investment Department raises capital for real estate ventures, typically though syndicated partnerships. Our Investors are generally repeat Investors with significant capital contributions, however Morrow Realty Company, Inc. is always looking for interested Investors, even for smaller investments. Investors can earn returns from strictly income producing property and/or total returns from sheltering income through tax credits.
