Morrow Construction Company worked with Temple Emanu-El for nearly two years in a design-build capacity to construct our new congregational building at 809 4th Avenue. During the design and building process, we worked most closely with Morrow personnel and their engineers and subcontractors. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Not only did they guide us through the construction process, solving any problems that arose, but they have continued to show an interest in the project. All the finished work was highly satisfactory, and we would recommend the Morrow team for any project you might be planning.

I contracted with Bob Morrow Construction Co., Inc., to perform the design/build of our new sanctuary  located in Northport, Alabama. This building of approximately 32,000 square feet incorporated custom  millwork and trim, a stained concrete floor, coordination of special audio and visual displays in  addition to normal building conditions such as sanitary sewer and utility work, site work, landscaping,  concrete, masonry, structural steel fabrication and installation, wood framing, storefront glass and  framing, painting, electrical work and fixture installation, plumbing, heating and cooling. This general contractor brought this project in on time and in budget. I found their services to be knowledgeable and their staff courteous and professional. I was quite pleased with the coordination and communication of their entire design team and would most certainly recommend them to others.

We work with Morrow Realty Company on numerous low income housing tax credit projects as the representative of the limited partner investor and have had an excellent relationship with them for many years. The properties they manage perform well and adhere to the requirements of the IRS Section 42 tax credit program. The properties typically look good and appear to be maintained well. The staff is professional and responsive, and the overall performance meets or exceeds expectations. High Forest Apartments is a premier apartment development for our community. On February 13th, we had a Valentines's Day Ball. Everything was so lovely. Everyone was so polite and well-mannered. LaWanda Miller and Fred, our maintenance person, are so professional at what they do. They make sure that everything is done in a mannerable fashion. All you have to do is ask. They are the best and I wouldn't trade anyone for them.

Just a note to let you know I am still happy here at Meadowoods Apartments. I have been here over 4 years! I recently had shingles. Our site manager was so caring and kept in touch to make sure I knew if I needed anything that she was there for me. It means a lot to me and my family. My yard is looking good and my roses are beautiful. Thank you again. 

My mother lives at Covey Chase Apartments in Cullman, AL. She has lived there for over a year. When I was trying to relocate my mother to Cullman, so she would be closer to my family, I looked at every apartment community in town. I chose Covey Chase because of the overall appearance of the property. I made several trips at night to see if it was quiet and if she would feel secure. After viewing the interior of the apartment, I was sure this was where I wanted my mother to live. The resident manager was more than accommodating and made my mother's transition an enjoyable experience. The maintenance and management of this property is excellent. I have been in the affordable housing industry for 20 years, having managed Rural Development properties. I have yet to go see my mother and find a piece of paper on the grounds. It speaks highly of the manager and the on-site maintenance staff. Believe me, I am a very detailed person. My mother said any maintenance requests are handled almost immediately. Again, I would like to thank your on-site staff for their care and hard work to make this property a property I am proud my mother calls home. 

I've been living here for 13 years and am so happy to have not just an apartment but a home. The management staff here has worked hard to make this place warm, safe, and beautiful to all residents. In many ways we are all a family. I am a satisfied resident and I believe that the dedication of the staff is very apparent. I take a lot of pride in living here and know that it will continue. Thank you for your work and trust in the staff, they are doing a wonderful job!

I moved in to my apartment October 2023. The very first moment I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with the manager, Christy Barnes, is the moment I made a wonderful friend. I am 61 years old and in my lifetime I have never encountered someone so passionate about her profession. She treats everyone with respect and is respected by all. She has created a community inside of a community. She takes every opportunity to unite us as one. She takes the time to know each of us individually. Her straight forward technique and unwavering standard for our community has provided each resident with a safe, respectable, clean, and quiet place to call home.
